  It was bad. I think it was only one guy in the kitchen and one taking the orders (drive thru and dining in orders). We where in the drive thru for about 20 minutes before we actually got our food.

  To start off id like to address how poor the customer service is. I stood in the front for about 5 minutes before i was acknowledged. Then continued to wait for someone to actually take my order. The MANAGER (female) was just in the office. I know you can see people standing in the front counter. When a young man finally took my order he walked off leaving my sister inlaw unattended. Finally the manager came out of the office to attend her.. Food was not great at all.. Tasted like it was sitting there and got re fried (onion rings & chicken fries). Didnt even finish my food. I was done at that point with this location. The restrooms are also highly disgusting. Wet floors, dirty seats, trash on the floor. Very poor management. Im disapointed to see BK rundown like that.
