  We stopped dining in because service was horrible. Now we get horrible service with takeout. Had to wait while the servers chatted loudly behind the bar and then the order was wrong. Manager let me know wasn't charged for the items I thought i ordered so my order was right. Will never eat here again.

  This 5 star rating is based on comparisons with other formulaic restaurants like Chili's and not against other standalone restaurants. In the realm of formulaic restaurants, this Chili's offers great tasting food and the staff is fantastic. Sit in the bar area for a the best atmosphere. The wait staff is awesome here.

  Unfortunately, I just moved to the area from Dallas and this is my closest Chili's. And it's a wreck!
  
  The service and food were extremely slow. The place is run down - for example, in the men's room there are two mismatched faucets on the sinks, one of the towel dispensers is broken, and the soap dispensers lack covers. And this is one of the biggest restaurant chains on the planet!
  
  Also, the place smells like sh*t. They allow smoking in the bar area and it smells up the entire place. Unless you are a heavy smoker, you are not going to enjoy being here.
  
  I'm shocked that Chili's allows this place to exist in this condition. I will never be back here,and I'm a huge fan of the chain.

  I love going to Chillis for a late night date with my friends, and never regretted coming down here. This place deserves more credit then it does, I love the food and the atmosphere is friendly.

  I don't know how this place is still in business. Nothing we ordered tasted fresh! Old stale chips and salsa, old stale fries, soggy salad, dirty plates, rude service, everyone working there looks miserable! Expensive! I'm surprised I didn't get food poisoning! I try to give this place a chance and when I do eat here I'm reminded why I don't eat here!
