- 1 / 5By Lance HartungThe line is slow during every part of the day. Most blame has to fall on the management. Bad driveway or not, they could do small things to keep the line moving smoother. They need to send people outside to keep the driveway from being blocked. Take a page from what ChickFila does, they have the drive thru system down. This is also partly due to Starbucks placing too much on the menu now. The drive thru should be for coffee/drinks only. It's getting out of control here though.June 14, 2016
